Ralph joined the United Nations in 1980 and over the course of two decades, During his career he served over 10 years in senior management positions within the UNHQ and ESCWA as well as in the Department of Peace Keeping Operations. His tenure involved multiple diplomatic level missions around the world including: Algeria, Iraq, Jordan, and Morocco among others. These assignments enabled him to gain experience and familiarity with the inner workings and processes of many Arab governments as well as establish a network of close relationships. Since retiring from the United Nations Ralph has focused his attention on Kader Consulting, (www.kaderconsulting.net) an international business consulting firm providing American companies access to Middle East and North African markets. Prior to joining the UN, Ralph worked at several Fortune 500 companies including AT&T and Xerox after graduating from Central Missouri State University. Ralph was born in Palestine, educated in Beirut, Lebanon, and came to the U.S. in 1965 for his higher education.
